4. User Inputs and Responsibility for Submitted Data

You may submit usernames, account handles, identifiers, notes, or similar inputs to use FanFlowHub. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit and use that information in connection with the service.

You also remain responsible for how you interpret and act on any output, alert, result, or workflow generated by FanFlowHub.

5. Third-Party Services

FanFlowHub may depend on external tools, APIs, hosting providers, communication tools, analytics services, and payment processors. We do not control every aspect of these third-party services and are not responsible for outages, inaccuracies, delays, policy changes, or decisions made by those providers.

Your use of certain parts of FanFlowHub may therefore also be subject to additional third-party terms or policies.

6. Availability and Service Changes

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of FanFlowHub at any time, with or without notice, including features, integrations, workflows, pricing, or access conditions.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will always be error-free, complete, or suitable for every use case.

7. Fees and Payments

If FanFlowHub offers paid plans, subscriptions, or usage-based services, you agree to pay all applicable fees presented at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • fees are billed in advance;
  • subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled;
  • payments may be processed by third-party payment providers; and
  • fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

8. Intellectual Property

FanFlowHub, including its branding, software, interface, structure, design, content, and platform materials, is owned by or licensed to FanFlowHub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or any related intellectual property, except for the limited right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to FanFlowHub at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the platform or others, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the service in an abusive or unlawful manner.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

10. Disclaimers

FanFlowHub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee:

  • that detections, alerts, or results will always be accurate;
  • that every leak, issue, restriction, or risk will be found;
  • that takedowns, enforcement actions, or third-party responses will succeed; or
  • that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanFlowHub and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for any loss of data, business, reputation, or opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to FanFlowHub for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 EUR if you have not made any payments.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FanFlowHub and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of the service, your submitted data, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

13. Privacy

Your use of FanFlowHub is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process information related to the service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date on this page. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you agree to the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law
